But why is it called Passion flower ? Has passion nothing here sexual love or Desire to do with the common meaning of "passion" but with the suffering of Jesus.

Some say it is because the flower resembles the crown of thorns in Jesus' head (?). Others say it symbolizes the wounds of Jesus. In fact, we call it in Portuguese "flor das cinco chagas" or flower of the five wounds.

EDIT: Thanks to @ AlanBoyd's comment, you can see that its connections to Christianity are much more complex: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passiflora#Etymology_and_names

post Scriptum (not related to the question): This plant is from Brazil and I had a few specimens in my garden. One of the most interesting things about passion fruit in Brazil is that it attracts an insect, which we in a very free translation "Percevejo do Maracuj√°" or Passion fruitBeetle call. Its scientific name is Diactor bilineatus and it's one of the most beautiful insects for me. I loved seeing them feed on my passion fruit. This is the adult on a passion fruit (where it's usually found), and the nymph is even more colorful:

The flaps on the insect's hind legs are quite fascinating.
