TRAINING

The goetzpartners Academy makes you fit for everyday consultancy and ensures a steep learning curve. Within the first few months, newcomers can go to the international boot camp for a week - the program includes numerous hard and soft skill training courses, team building and lots of fun. Further level-specific training courses and individual development opportunities accompany you throughout your career.
 

COACHING & MENTORING

At your side from day one - your mentor. He will make sure that you are well received and will help with any questions you may have about your career. Your project team takes on the coaching in day-to-day project work and you will regularly receive constructive feedback as part of project evaluations. You can use it to actively shape your own development. Feedback is a mutual process at goetzpartners - if you would like to give feedback to your colleagues or project managers, you can do this regularly using our 360 ° feedback.
 

WORKING INTERNATIONAL

Are you drawn abroad? With 14 offices worldwide and projects in a total of over 100 countries in the last three years alone, you have the best chances of an international assignment. 70% of our consultants accompany projects abroad, work in international teams or spend 6 to 12 months in other countries as part of office transfer programs.
